This versatile bar allows you to choose from a variety of grips. The tri-grip feature offers a 30 mm, 38 mm or 45 mm grip, which is approximately 1 1/8”, 1 1/2 ” and 1 ¾” grip. The neutral center-aligned grips are comfortable and give the user a secure sense of safety when going heavy.
